Located one block from the Georgetown Harbour, the Georgetown Inn was constructed in 1840. In 1995 it was extensively renovated, and in only two short years became a luxurious 4-Star Bed & Breakfast Inn. It has been featured in Canadian Home and Country magazine in September 2002 under “Renovation Heroes”. It won “Best of Canada” award and was voted by inn goers in Arrington’s Bed & Breakfast Journal’s 2003 Book of Lists as one of the top 15 B&B’s/Inns. The Inn also won “Room of the Year” contest in 2002; and 3rd Place for Intimate Inn in Canada category through North American Inns, Bed & Breakfast and Resorts.
 

FEATURES
The Georgetown Inn is a great, profitable family business that is open year round, and brings in about 2000 guests every summer. The Georgetown Inn is located on Route #3 in Georgetown on the eastern coast of Prince Edward Island, 30 minutes from the Wood Island Ferry, 1.5 hours from the Confederation Bridge, 40 minutes from the Charlottetown Airport. The eastern side of the Island is the area of choice for those that prefer the peace and quiet of an unhurried lifestyle. However, we are within close proximity to many great activities and attractions, including some the best golfing on the Island. Panmure Island Provincial Park is will take only 25 minutes and Cavendish is a picturesque 60 minute drive away.
