In 1903, a local land and farm owner, Andrew Ask, built a colonial-style home on what is now 808 North Armstrong Boulevard. Over the years, it’s ownership has changed but the beauty of the house has been maintained. It’s current owner, Jan Tanner, started the first Bed and Breakfast at the house about a year after purchasing the home.

Linda Waltman has dreamed of owning a bed and breakfast inn for years. Sometime this fall, that dream is going to come true.
She and her husband, James Carson Waltman, will be leasing the Cole House on Beacon Street from Ronnie and Michelle Jones. The Jones’, who own and operate the Sonic restaurant, purchased the house earlier this year.
