Aimee DeStigter who opened a health and wellness shop in Jackson in 1999, closed the shop recently to purchase the Windrose Inn on Jackson Gate Road. She has converted the attractive structure which opened Nov. 17, back into a bed and breakfast inn and added spa amenities
