From the Citizen-Times.com:
When Neeraj Kebede and Vicki Schomer bought an old stone bed-and-breakfast near Mission Hospitals, they wanted to make the space reflect their beliefs in environmental conservation and international advocacy.

We are doing the same thing and it sure is difficult. Getting off the grid is very expensive, really windmills are the only economic way as solar cells still aren’t there. We use recycled building materials. You can read about it on our blog http://myblog.rainforestinn.com and we collect rainwater to cisterns. We want to recycle all our garbage but can’t find a place in Puerto Rico to take the separated plastics, metal and paper.
We would love to link to new bed and breakfast near the Mission hospital. Perhaps if they read this they can email me?
