Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups lemon yogurt
2 Tbsps. lemon juice (real lemon)
1. Sift the dry ingredients; put in separate bowl.

Helen Woods, innkeeper of the Woodside B&B in Port Moody has adapted her B&B over the years to meet the needs of her differing guests. Initially her guests were from local university-related business but now caters for those guests vsiting relatives nearby. In the winter her guests are business travellers and she has recently added wireless internet technology to meet the needs of those business guests.
Gerry Parfenuik, innkeeper of the Fig Tree B&B believes his success is due to understanding the personality of B&B guests as compared to those travellers who use hotels.

Shaker Woods Farm, Sanbornton, NH is for the traveler who is looking for basic room and board and quiet time away from their normal life. Owners, Jack Potter and Eva Dunn started with two rooms and have now converted the former horse barn into three extra bedrooms. As well as the B&B Jack and Eva run the farm, growing organic vegetables and fruit and raise goats for making milk, cheese and soap. Guests have the opportunity to work on the fun and to learn how to make cheese.
