It is also the home to 85 different varieties of Jackson and Perkins rose that line the walk and peek out of the white picket fence to greet you.

As a new owner, you will find separate owners’ quarters complete with living room, bedroom and private bath with shower. This area might be used as an additional unit for additional income.
